You forgot Jim Fixx, inventor of jogging who died of a heart attack while jogging at 52 years of age.
I'll definitely take this to my doc on my next visit.
Well, hauling that turtle shell around 24/7 is probably SOMEthing of a workout, but other than that, good points. I'd pop a brew now, to live longer, you know, if I still drank.

I've lived my life by traveling to crazy locations, hanging off of cliffs to get a shot with my first real camera (Nikon FTN), eaten what I wanted, played lots of golf, seldom exercised like I should have and told my doctor he could kick me to the curb if he got me to 70 years old. He just retired and kicked me to the curb. I'm 72. I figure each year beyond 70 is bonus time. I'm enjoying it more than ever.
All those fitness "disoriented" people are going to be surprised one day when they die of nothing. I'm not going to be surprised at all. I'm not jumping out of planes, walking tight ropes over the grand canyon or riding bucking broncos, but many things are possible. I'm looking forward to the next day and hope all of you have a tomorrow, too.
