I can generally tell a lot about a photograph without downloading. The downloads are nice but I don't pixel peep. I look at the photograph at its entirety.

Safety is a concern when attempting to take a photograph. However, getting the photograph is the primary intent.

To answer two questions that are constantly presented.
1. How many members of UHH do NOT know that downloads are better.
2. How many members of UHH would NOT at least attempt to stay safe unless admonished to do so.

2) I think it is a curtesy to ask someone to take care of themselves. We can certainly use all the curtesy there is on these pages, sometimes forgotten in the heat of the debate. It's like saying: "How are you?" You don not expect (or want) a full report of someone's medical laments! It's a curtesy.
Poul.

It is the courteous thing to say, but as stated, we do not really want a full health report. However that indicates we are not really concerned about our fellow humans. If we were concerned about others we would not say, "How are you?" we would ask, "Have you had a good bowel movement lately?"

1. Downloads are much better.
2. I to wear a mask in public because I care about others, and got vaccinated as soon as it was available. Will get a booster as soon as it's available.

1) Downloads are better
2) I always attempt to stay relatively safe regardless of the situation.

Downloads are better

My wife and I have been vaccinated, wear masks where required, and as much as possible avoid crowds.

I try to stay safe by wearing a seatbelt, practicing safe gun handling, and avoiding dangerous situations

On my iPhone the downloads aren’t any better than the posted image.

1. Downloads are MUCH better. (no contest one this choice)
2. Staying safe is open to lots of variations. Had Covid before we knew what it was, had both shots as soon as offered to "old farts". Waiting for booster. Wore mask when mandated, wear one if mandated (some stores and some towns/cities mandate) Don't wear mask when not in crowd or driving-especially when alone.

Don't ever want Covid again. But I have a life, and spend it MY way. I don't infect you, you don't infect me.

Be safe everyone. I still want to see your beautiful photos in the future.
