News report lacks any issues quoted from the subject lawsuit, a practice common to all 60 lawsuits President Trump filed. I smell connivance.

Powell, Wood and the other "Kracken" attorneys were sanctioned specifically because there were no bona fide "issues" in the lawsuit. Nor were there any bona fide issues in the other lawsuits seeking to steal the e******n from Biden (except for one very minor lawsuit the outcome of which came nowhere near changing the outcome of the e******n). The Kracken lawsuit was ripe with wild speculation and unfounded conspiracy theories but totally lacking in any credible supporting evidence. And what was Powell's argument against being sanctioned? That "no reasonable person" would believe her e******n claims, which were merely her opinion, and that the public would understand that the issues had to be decided in court. I agree with Powell on one thing: no reasonable person should have believed her lawsuit's allegations that the e******n was s****n from the former President. The only connivance here is between the former President and his lackeys, who sought to steal a f**r e******n from President Biden.
Some of the lawsuits may have been frivolous but evidence of fraud is still turning up practically every day.

None of the lawsuits had any substance to speak of, and nearly all were frivolous. Many of the attorneys who brought them could and should have been sanctioned. The lawsuits were tossed out of court faster than you can say "frivolous litigation." The fact is that there was no significant fraud in the e******n--certainly nowhere near enough to change the outcome of the e******n. The only person who tried to steal the e******n was Donald Trump, and he attempted to do it with crazy conspiracy theories and wild speculation, none of which was supported by cold, hard, credible evidence. Those who are worried about attempts to steal the e******n should turn their attention to Trump and his minions. It's hard to believe that 8 months after the e******n, and still with no evidence of significant fraud turning up, and after 60 failed lawsuits, and after Republican e******n officials throughout the country saying there was no fraud, people still believe the narrative that somehow Biden "stole" the e******n. Do they truly believe the e******n was s****n, or do they just not like the outcome and are trying to delegitimize the Biden presidency?

Only fraud found was the Orange Buffoon that was dismissed as lacking. Seriously how long will we have to wait for these so called cases of fraud to be released and prosecuted? Has the cyber monkey given up his BS quest yet? How many months have these bunch of lunatics been trying to dream up their nonsensical folly?
Thanks for your reply. Yet I must note that it, too, contains no quoted legal claims, only slanted generalizations.
You do refer to "one very minor lawsuit the outcome of which came nowhere near changing the outcome of the e******n." This reference generalizes, too.
The connivance continues shielding the public from knowing the particulars of the involved lawsuits -- some 60 of them.

You mean there are consequences for frivolous lawsuits like the two impeachments against President Trump?
And as far as Michigan's e******n fiasco. Did she forget about Antrim county where it was proven and confirmed that hundreds of v**es were switched from Trump to Biden. Oh yeah, a secure e******n.

Impeachments are not lawsuits; impeachment is a process to remove someone from office and it is first and foremost an exercise in politics. (No other way to explain why the majority of Republicans think that lying under oath about sex is impeachable but facilitating an i**********n to stop the peaceful t******r of p***r isn't). And the Trump impeachments were not frivolous. You may remember that some courageous Republicans in Congress v**ed in favor of Trump's impeachment.
As far as Michigan's e******n fiasco, the only fiasco was the bogus Kraken lawsuit. Your reference to what happened in Antrim County is misleading at best. Initially, about 2000 v**es were temporarily mistakenly counted for Biden instead of Trump. The mistake was caused by human error--(a REPUBLICAN e******n official had not completed a software update)--and the mistake was quickly caught and corrected on November 4 by Michigan protective systems which verify and protect e******n integrity. So, to the extent that these v**es had been "switched" from Biden to Trump, the error was quickly corrected and the v**es were switched back to Trump. The mistake in no way affected the outcome of the Michigan p**********l e******n because the final tally included these v**es in the Trump column.
This mistake, although quickly corrected, formed the basis for ongoing baseless conspiracy theories about the v**e in the County, and was included as part of the Kraken lawsuit. These theories were put to rest by not one, but two subsequent separate recounts in Antrim County, resulting in a grand total of 12 v**es being switched to Trump out of nearly 16,000 v**es cast for President. Nonetheless, those who refuse to accept the results of the e******n continue to howl about fraud in Amtrim County, and continue to do so without any credible evidence.
