You get a photo and put it on an iPad or tablet to illuminate it. Then suspend a clear glass pan about 6-8 inches above the iPad. Add .5 inches of water, a little cooking oil, and some dish soap. Stir and vove the bubbles to where you want them. Use manual settings and a tripod.
