Posting a couple more images, then we'll move on to another couple of areas in the few days. I don't want to bore anyone. but the next 2 areas are VERY cool, all within the South Coyote Buttes area. Please download for correct color and detail.

I took the liberty of downloading and processing one of your images. Note that I have several times visited Utah and seen similar landscape scenes. I drew on that visual experience to adjust the color of the image, using primarily the Color Correction Adjustment in Photoshop. The sky I tried to bring to that peculiar coloration and brightness found in the skies of Utah: A light baby blue. The foreground vegetation has now greened up. The ground cover too has that truer light grayish coloration.

I was looking at google maps and there doesn't seem to be any roads in that area. Was that a long hike to get the shots you have posted?

Wonderful images and certainly not boring. What kind of road access is there to the area? Looks like a 4-wheel drive vehicle might be required.
