Nice grill marks on the steak and it looks nicely done! A person can not go wrong with that meal! My steak kabobs are going on the grill later.

Tasty shots, but too much work for me. Sous Vide the steak to medium rare temperature. Before serving sear the meat on a hot grill or, my preference, in a hot frying pan with butter. Medium rare every time with out a thermometer. Add a baked potato with sour cream, chives and real bacon bits and a green salad. I can taste it now.
Oh well, just a dream these days. Wife is on a diet to loose enough weight to qualify for hip surgery and it would not be fair to her to see me eating steak.
