The Eye and Lens of a Foodie or Calling all Foodies has been in operation just 100 days. In that time we have gathered 106 subscribers, had 283 topics and 4,128 posts. Many thanks to all who have participated! Feel free to make comments or suggestions on the Forum. Moving forward, it would be great if each subscriber would tell a friend about The Eye and Lens of a Foodie, there are plenty of "empty tables" still at the Restaurant, it's early!

Good post and I like this picture. It looks like just before opening time - ready and waiting! You should also post this in the Gallery and maybe Main Discussion, too!

Thank you! My Wife has an early class so we were the first customers for the Dinner shift. The Athenian in Billings, a good Greek Restaurant we have patronized many times.

Many thanks for your kind comments! I am delighted that it works so well for you. An interesting reversal, I think, in my case, it revived my cooking. I had gotten bored with many of the usual recipes and tired of my own cooking.
The photography never left town. More & better in the future! Much appreciate your participation and contribution!

That is great! Wishing you continued success as our fearless leader! I really like to use the new ingredients others have posted about. I do have a problem with my "to try" list of new recipes getting longer.

Thanks very much! Fearless Leader takes me back to Rocky & Bullwinkle, a show that was funny for both adults and children. I'll try not to be a Dictator, or if I can't manage that, a benign one, at least! I've learned all sorts of things in this comparatively short run, looking forward to more. Many thanks for your participation and contributions to the site!
