As mentioned, it's a good documentary-style photograph. I'm distracted by the blown-out areas within the falls. Different lighting might have solved that or more diligent exposure to start.

Hi peekaboo.
Have you heard of back button focus (BBF)? It's a method that helps you get more consistent focus. Your image data indicates you use a Canon 80D which can be setup to use BBF.
I have my cameras set so focus is set with one button (BBF), the exposure is set with another button, and the shutter is triggered the normal way. This way I can aim the camera to focus, aim in a different place to set exposure, and aim to frame my picture. It takes a little getting used to, but I've found it to be much better than using the shutter release button to do all three.

Gauss, is that for auto focus or manual? You're right, I have the 80D, 30D, 20D, 10D and the 10 & 20 are for infrared

Back button focus does auto focus. It's just a separate button from the shutter release.
On my camera, the auto focus system turns on a little "in focus" light in the viewfinder even when it successfully focuses. The system will still do that even when the lens is set to manual focus. So I can aim at something and manually focus, then press the focus button to see if the little "in focus" light turns on confirming my focus. So BBF button can still help in that way.
I generally have my cameras set to a single focus point and select which point to use manually. But I'm almost always photographing still scenes. Other more complex focus modes may work differently.
I you like to manually focus, and your camera has live view, you can turn that on and zoom in to focus. That my help, depending how well you can see the screen.
Hopefully I'm explaining this reasonably well.

Its tricky asking for C&C without stating the use of the photo. For advertising or promotion, the people are a part of the location (although I would remove the guy with the white hat in the foliage). As a "oh wow" nature photograph, better without unless they "set" the scene, such as a cow-person(;-) could do in a western image. The last image is appealing, but I would remove that black triangle in the lower right, and darken the sun-lit rock in the center which seems to stick out of the falls, not matching any other illumination, and lighten the shadow on the water along the lower center. Looks like a fun place to visit and photograph. Next time you might want to try shooting on a tripod with a slow shutter speed to show the water's movement.

There's not much, if anything, about your critique that I would agree with. The water as shown in the pic has lively and bubbly movement. Are you suggesting that "the milky look" shows movement? well it doesn't - and in my opinion "the milky look", whether ocean, river, or falling, sucks, but is in keeping with your critique.
