Just a few of my Autumn shots taken today at Rivington, near Bolton, Lancashire UK, which is right at the centre of the industrial NW. of England, They don't compare with some others seen on here as its difficult to avoid people and cars. John Eccles.
Road to Rivington
A shot into the woods
Now the other way
Over the fence
Rivington upper barn, preparing for a wedding
Looking behind me
Its that tree again
Leaving Rivington barn behind
The way out
Its just amazing how a country so far north can be so lush... Beautiful.
Its so lush here because its never stopped raining for months,as I look outside my window and everything is still green. Considering its the 16 October the leaves still stay on the trees
Lovely pictures John. Thank you for sharing these shots from your area. Your photo entitled "Way Out" is what kids around here used call Way Out, meaning Great. I think it fits.
