Red-Shouldered Hawk?

Yesterday morning as I was leaving the conservation area I spotted this hawk on the ground. Not that many feet up from me was a building so I stopped the car where the building was between the hawk and myself giving me cover. When I walked around the building I was surprised that it was still there. My bird app identifies it as a red-shouldered hawk. I included an orb weaver from yesterday that was hanging from what was left of its web.
