I used Lightroom for the iPhone to edit the downloaded JPG file. Once I got the Lighting options fairly good I adjusted curves to eek out a little more in the shadows. I restored he sky color in curves by sliding the top right end of the curve to left across the top a bit. Then a little vignette for that little touch.

Am I correct in understanding you did all the edits using just your phone?

I have had this around the block eight or ten times. Using PS6. Wanted to get a little funky

Yes that’s right. It’s an iPhone 6S Plus.

Here's my view. Everything was done in Photoshop, including the sky replacement. Luminosity masking was done using Lumenzia.

I used LR, then used PS to fix the upper corners. Didn't achieve what I wanted, but this is what I got.
