gastech1949 Loc: Imperial Beach, CA.

A truck traveling on the interstate crashed, overturned and spilled it's load of Vapor Rub all over the roadway.
It was no big deal, because there was no congestion and when it was all cleaned up everyone breathed easy for hours.

Coming into DC one afternoon on I-95, I came on a wreck of a tanker truck carrying orange juice. Literally thousands of gallons of OJ on the interstate. BIG mess.

I spent my career in DC and while commuting all those years I heard traffic reports of some amazing accidents, especially on the Capitol Beltway (rt 495). Most memorable was an 18 wheeler that overturned carrying a load of eggs, spilling the entire load across all lanes. A traffic reporter on the radio referred to the scene as the world's largest omelet.
