Sands beach birds and Goleta slough captures

Yesterday presented some great birds….black bellied plovers in breeding plumage, a very young snowy plover chick, and beautiful long billed curlews. The reddish egret continues at the slough, competing with snowy egrets ( the bird is getting territorial) and black necked stilts. Altogether a good two days of birding. I hope you enjoy…
