Sous Vide Pork Shoulder two ways

After a great day at the beach Sous vide made it easy to get dinner together quickly. Enjoyed pork shoulder seasoned with barbecue seasoning and another with soffrito ( a Puerto Rican seasoning) eggplant parmigiana and asparagus.
