Engin Akyurt is a true artist. Definitely worth looking up her images online. It looks like in images seen on her facebook page that she actually has a large glass tank in her studio for this and other photos.

I would like to let you know that it was not my photograph and that the title was given by the photographer. And as far as I'm concerned they can call it what ever they want.
