Out this morning on an early morning walk, just before sunrise and the moon was hanging low in a clear sky....grabbed the camera, leaned against the corner of the house, took a photo and then went in and made breakfast, went to the patio and watched ii finish setting....just a lovely start to the day.

Many times saw a similar scene from Central and South Florida. I usually try to get it when the sky is barely becoming blue with the new day. There is a narrow time-frame when the detail is still there, and the blue is just right. At ISO 100, it is somewhere around 1/125, f8.

What lens and settings?
I love my tameron 150-600 for moon shots. I also have Celestine C8 2000mm for or 6.3 with reducer

Thanks ELNikkor, it was a beautiful morning and the moon was bright, sky as clear, guess I could have waited a few minutes for sunrise...another morning perhaps.
