The expression and pose portray a tough lady of the night in soft focus not out of focus. She doesn't smile because she is a tough street lady with the expression of if you want it come and get it! Not all nudes, boudoir, implied poses need smiling......

Not all portraits need a smile. I go by the person, personality, background, occupation, etc. My preference is a sexy facial expression that doesn't depict adolescence.
