How long does it take to cook brisket via sous vide. I saw one of those machines in costco recently and wondered if worth while and how often id use it.

I love the color on your cauliflower! Let us know when the brisket is done. I like your cutting board too, is it homemade?

Good stuff! Always been curious about sous vide, but know myself too well. I bought a fancy One Pot, read the instructions, and months later gave it to my Son unused. I think, tech wise, my cooking needle is stuck on past!

I certainly agree....
my cooking needle is stuck in the past also...and at 80 years old, doubt it will change very much
We too were "given" one of those one pot things....2 months later, unused, gave it to my daughter

Great lookin' pics there, Papa j! And the Sous Vid thing... I really gotta' get me one of those. I have the Air Fryer. I have the Insta-Pot. They in themselves are awesome for certain things each. My slow cooker/crock pot rarely gets used now as flavor from the Insta-Pot is just more intense - not to mention the time savings!.
~ Sous Vid... in my Amazon "Save for Later" shortlist!
