A Few From the Backyard Again....
I could not believe the size of the Crab Spider, I have seen these guys before however they were tiny, had this guy been much larger I would have mistaken him for a Wolf Spider.....

Well Tom, Crab spiders aren't so bad, they will sit near the center of a flower and wait for an unsuspecting pollinator to come by, they don't weave webs and you won't find them inside your house. All the ones that I have seen in Florida were hardly more than 3/16ths of an inch in total size, this one however was much larger. I have seen the smaller ones here and you can find them in quite a variety of colors, yellow, white, green, and now this one, brown.
Good shots! Apparently some crab spiders can change colors to match flowers. Came across that a while back.
Nice shots. The crab spider is especially nice
Nice shots. I've seen and photographed crab spiders but none as big as this. The ones I've seen would probably cover one or at the most two of those petals.
