Thank you! No idea other than it is something my Wife bought a few years ago. It hasn't been of much interest till now with the Goldfinches. They have been here all along and we haven't seen this behavior. Maybe the size of the bush or a bumper crop seed year. Probably never know.

Thanks! Don't think it is catnip, no domestic cats around, rare but occasional Bobcat, Lynx or Cougar.
