Got up this morning to more heavy rain, it finally let up so off to the lake, on the NFS road 3001 the pine trees were whispering there is a fungus among us.
For the next hour or so I wandered among the trees and fungus stopping here and there and doing portraits.
There was a light drizzle at first, then spotty sunlight and overcast.
The forest service did controlled burns late last winter and early spring I have been finding a lot new suspects, the usuals are few and far between.
I did find the May Apples I couldn't fine awhile back, the poor things were looking bad suffering from wet feet and not blooming.
