IRL, they are quite handy: the restaurants around here make coffee by waving the mug in front of the pot. Instant coffee in film can to the rescue! They also make pretty good match holders when camping, and can hold cotton balls & petr. jelly for fire starting. And...
Now I wished I saved a few.
I think I still have a metal yellow one with a black screw top around here someplace. The bottom has Kodak embossed in it. I'm sure it was my father's, probably from the 1950s or before.
