I have used Banners on the Cheap several times, good quality and fast turn around time.

I'm sure there are many small businesses that will do this for you. If you like to get it done from the web, I have used Staples with good success. --Richard

Walmart Photo Lab - 6'x2' for about $25. 8' a little more. Epson Satin Paper. You upload the jpg image and specify the store near you that has a photo lab. I think you can have it mailed as well. Keep the file size to under 84 megs.

I forgot to mention that the banner I got was a white plastic one with several grommets provided for me to put on where I needed them to tie the banner in place. I am guessing that any large box store photo lab will do the same. --Richard
