You will need a pair of anaglyph glasses to view in 3D. (red & cyan lenses.)

2D converted to 3D.

Looks like a 3D painting. Kudos on knowing how to pick the best colors for 3D with anaglyph glasses.

Thanks. I do side-by-side 3D and view it on my 3D TV. I am not a fan of Anaglyph 3D because it plays havoc with the colors, and I am a colorist.

Off-set side-by-side photos give the best in 3D viewing. There are times when you only have one picture you would like to see how it looks in 3d and thankfully there is a way to do it.

There is an Anaglyph process that preserves more of reds than the standard way. I can't think of the name of it.

It's called Dubois Anaglyph. Not perfect with reds but at least more viewable than normal Anaglyphs.

From the information, I read it is useful in eliminating or reducing ghosts.

My first digital camera (Pentax Optio 555) had built-in 3D side-by-side mode where it created half-frame images in the single image file. A simple lateral movement of the camera is all that was required. I got some good results even hand held.
