With the heat and the passage of the spring season, the neon yellow of the amazing canola fields out here is all but gone. However, I was able to catch this late-season field with the colors still radiant. You just gotta see this sight to get the feel of the intensity of the color. Anyway, here's my submission, and by the time you see this, this field will likely be a shade of ochre... Download, for sure...

Great photo and color - never saw it here, don't know what it was but similar in England going on 50 years ago. Will have to post a scan of a slide and see if anyone can I.D. the plant.
