Couldn't get an eagle this year to adorn our masthead so we had to downsize with a 4-wing substitute.
Not sure what attracted it to the gold finial, but it hung around for almost an hour, no charge!

Excellent, sharp shots! They like perches with a smooth top. I have a couple in the garden just to attract them.

There was another flag in the planter. It would take off, flit about, but always come back to this one. Thanks for the visit!
