Artichoke Salad With Shrimp

My wife and I had lunch at Mamma Mia’s in Carver, MA. My salad included marinated artichokes, roasted red peppers, red onion, kalamata olives, lettuce and tomatoes. It was drizzled with an EVOO/balsamic reduction and topped with grilled shrimp. A great summer salad I’ll have again.

Hubby and I have our weekend lunches at "our table" by the river. We even share it with "Sid" the redwing black bird.
