This very wary mom comes to our backyard a few times a month.
I think albinos have pink eyes. But it's one great shot of a strange bird

It is a strangely colored white and black turkey hen. Normal ones have Browns, tans, reds, and yellow tones too.
The term is Leucistic often called a partial albino
White is a pretty common color for domestic turkeys, but not so common in the wild. It occurs in about 1 in 100 wild turkeys, more so in hens.
As Curmudgeon pointed out they are leucistic and not cross breeds with the domestic variety. Pretty rare catch.
Very nice shot of an unusually colored bird. Only one hatchling?
Great catch of a rare bird.
So exciting: a "Spirit Turkey"
Told that bird to stay out of the Clorox. Great picture. Glad you had the chance to see it.
GREAT catch ! ........thanks for sharing

I had pink eye once. Unpleasant - even though I'm not an albino, although we did have an albino boy in the neighborhood when I was a kid. He blended right in with everyone else.
Nice capture. Have never seen one like that
