Found a company that is selling printed Camera Manuals. You enter the make and model of camera and the Manuals that the company provides for the camera are listed. This is where I found my printed manuals for the Sony a99ii and the Sony DSc-Rx10 IV Help Guide and Instruction manual.

You can selectively home print individual pages from the all-electronic PDF, assuming you just need a specific topic, not a 500-page monster like several high-end DSLRs and mirrorless. BTW, the content of most Sony manuals aren't worth the paper they'd be printed onto.
butkus manuals are mainly scans from real manuals. I think the OP was talking about manuals that never actually never available in print from the manufacturers but someone printed and sell them.
I agreed with CHG_CANON, I found manuals for all my equipment (both oem and third party) by going to their support pages and downloading PDFs. Now they are available on the computer, pad or phone when needed.
