Depends what you're referring to with your title alone.
Someone who works second or third shift may have breakfast at 6:30 PM because they sleep all day.
Not everyone will think birds.
Could just say "breakfast".
But then, I've had breakfast for dinner many times.
The majority of people will interpret it as AM.
