I've been trying to improve my bird in flight shots. I was using my Canon T3 and Sigma 150-500mm. Comments welcome.

Very nice set....great job of catching the light in the terns eye......Did you hand hold the big sig or use a tripod? What settings did you use.

Thanks JC56! Settings 1/800, f 7.1, ISO 100, hand held, IS off. I very rarely use a tripod, 99% of my shots are hand held. In some areas when I'm in my truck I will use it for support on stationary targets. All BIF's are hand held.
