What to me stands out is the vast unhappiness all over the globe. Maybe we are much too overpopulated, crowded, and have destroyed the natural resources, harmony and beauty of our world.

Last year I found similar results from a search of best democracies. They are those cold, dark winter countries - too close to the Arctic Circle for me. Maybe they all take winter vacations in Australia

Seems to be! Cold is not my “thing” either. My happiness is not weather dependent. It’s an internal happiness.
