New recipe for me using some new ingredients that I have not used before. Thanks to Yorkiebyte, I used his new find of Japanese Barbecue Sauce and I am glad I did. It really is as good as he said it was. I got some Red Wattle ground pork at the Farmer's Market and it was very good, I will buy it again!
This recipe was excellent and I will make it again! It is a layered dish and you can not see the sauce at the bottom.

Thank you John, I always enjoy your comments. I think I am starting to get better at food photography by looking at the pictures posted here. I have a few more new ones in my to try pile so hopefully soon. I am waiting for stuff to be in season at my farmer's market.

Wonderful photo of a dish that is a favorite of mine. I love the mouth numbing effect of Szechuan peppercorns. Fuschia Dunlop has several versions of the recipe, all good.
