Would you be open to an Apple XDR 32" display? Go to apple.com and check it out to see if it is compatible with your new Mini. It will blow your mind at 6K resolution and 32" diagonal width. Oh, it can be used in either horizontal (landscape) or vertical (portrait) mode as well. I will let you discover the exciting part for yourself!
Gee if I only had $5k.. I have an M1 Mac Mini which I had to buy a monitor for that was at least SRGB good - talked to a number of pro friends and they suggested a dell and BenQ. I bought both (ty for lying best buy) and sent the BenQ back. No monitor manufacturer has calibration and management software that runs on the M1 Mac Mini. Dell of course is pc based but Benq hasn’t updated their software. If you have the money the Benq photo series monitors are great but start at about $500 for a 27 inch 2k. I purchased the dell suggested by Hudson Henry who uses it as well. The Dell is 2719DX (the dx is important as it is different than the D). I bought it at Best Buy for about $250. It is 2k HDMI. It comes calibrated but I checked it with my color meter and it was spot on.
