Funny you should say that, I saw it coming 3 years prior to 89...
by then they were very thin on the ground.
I'd worked myself into a corner and went down with the ship... IBM word processors
and composers being based on the "Selectric" typewriter... the timing of that
coinciding with my long standing, alcohol fueled mid life crisis. It wasn't pretty.
In the 70s early 80s, who'd'a thunk of the end of the typewriter.
Every office had at least one golfball, with some buildings containing hundreds.
