Catch as Catch Can last night, so something better tonight. Steak & Tail, fries & the last of a big pack of asparagus. Interesting is that though the beef is great, and comparatively inexpensive from rancher friends out here, the processing, not so much. I often defrost a "cut" which isn't what the frozen pack suggested. D3 AF S Nikkor 24- 85 !:3.5 4.5 G
