I recently drove from the Grand Canyon to Mexican Hat and passed through the Monument Valley area. Access is currently limited, but I got a few images just the same. One of the things that was most striking to me were the red clouds. The cloud color was the result of light reflecting off of the red earth below. I hope you enjoy.

The cloud effects change the look and feel of the valley a lot! For me, almost a raw but mystic quality. For my visit, it was all blue skies and similar to the look we’ve seen from others. Yours is fresh and shows what a difference a day makes. Well done and thanks for sharing.
