Same situation as you 16 years ago.... think positive; we are the lucky ones with no spread.... Colon cancer is one of the easiest to cure if caught soon enough. For all you non believers, GET YOUR COLONOSCOPY and get checked out... No Pain ! Prayers are with you ...

Glad you are ok. I had the same in March of 2020. Was only in the hospital overnight but I had robotic, laparoscopic surgery which I believe is less invasive. Like you there was no spread. Keep on shooting and posting.

Yes Bob, good advice. My daughter did research and told me there's a 90% recovery rate with no reoccurence if caught in time. The first two I had I was not put asleep but it is standard procedure now to be put under so there definitely is no pain involved.
