Foodies, beginning today, I am going to throw back all the photos, posted in Photo Gallery section. Not sure if you remembered “ Food Photography”. Some are good some are not that good.

During lockdown, a new passion was discovered food photography.

Many THANKS to all of you that help me to develop my passion, and take it to the next level ...

Enjoy my “ Food Photography”

Ernesto

I remember this one from when you first started, Ernesto. I learned a great deal about food composition from this image and every image you’ve posted since then. I look forward to following your series and learning more. Thank you for sharing your work.

Looks wonderful! I see so many different "things" that food, particularly high end gourmet food is served on. What always comes to mind is "how do you clean the "whatever it is" for the next guest"? Or in a case like this, is it just a write off, built onto the cost of a fine dinner? Just curious. BTW Many thanks for your effort in revisiting your former food posts here. Much appreciated!

That appetizer was created at home during lockdown, I used the Himalaya salt block as a plate for the image.

I used the salt block for cooking only and just clean it with a little bit of water and damn cloth after cool down.

Not sure if any fine dining restaurant use it for serving.

I am very happy to share all my photos in this sections.

Next the last course of the culinary director two years ago!
