I'm guessing you druged it heavily so it holds still for you. I know you wouldn't kill such a small creature.
He met the fate of many a sippyjug104 insect specimen. Nicely done.

Thanks, Kpmac. I do collect and preserve the most common or known pests of species.
It reminds me of the story of the old ranch hand and the novice on their roundup of spring calves for branding. The old hand wrangles down a calf, takes the red hot branding iron and presses it onto the calf's hip where it sizzles.
The novice watches the ordeal and asks the old hand, "Doesn't that hurt the calf?" The old hand stops for a moment, turns his head to spit some tobacco and says, "Yep, but that's it's tuff luck for being a cow!"
