Apple Comes Through!

Committed Apple user since 2006.
One of my laptops was having problems. Covered under Apple Care. Dropped off at Apple Genius Bar...10 minutes from my home in NY at 3:00 PM, Thursday 5/27. Got confirmation that it was sent to Texas 5/27. Got confirmation that was received in Texas 5/28. Received email 11:48 am, Saturday, 5/29. Laptop ready for pick up at Genius Bar 10 minutes away in NY.
Picked up at 1:00 PM, 5/29. Repairs/Replacements completed and working fine.
Kudos to Apple and their service teams.

Oh well, glad your problems were solved.
My 2 hr one way trip to the Apple Genius Bar wasn't that successful .
After my OS update to Big Sur I had all kinds of issues with 2017 iMac , So having Apple Care I made the 2 hr drive to the Apple store and let the Genius have a crack at it, returned home.
I got a call from the Genius when I was about 10 miles from home and was told they would have to do a cold install. The next day back to the the A/S picked up comp. and went home 4 hr round trip, restored everything from Time Machine, trouble still persisted, Called apple care 800#, 6 weeks and many hrs on the phone with more people than I can remember it looked like all my problems were solved, but I still have one persistent issue, When I click on a folder on my Desktop it opens on my Thunder bolt display ( Programs/ Apps open as they should), Called Apple the tech ask me to disconnect my TB display wait awhile and reconnect then see what happened and bingo!! everything worked properly, problem solved!!!
Next morning started the iMac, clicked on the folder and guess what, yep it opens on the Thunder Bolt.
Right now its just screw it, I can live with it But!!!!!!.
I will say all of the people at Apple were very nice trying to help me and they did call back when they said they would.

They have the highest customer satisfaction and support ratings in Consumer Reports… year after year. That is despite their editors frequent dislike of Apple’s “non-standard” products.
