Beef shish kabob with peppers, onions and mushrooms. Served over rice pilaf with mushroom sauce on the side. A family favorite during the summer grill season.

Excellent! A favorite here as well, beef, lamb pork or chicken (Shish Tawook), shrimp. Variations from many countries. Have thought about multi course company dinner entirely on small skewers. There are even desserts!

Thank you. You’re right, they are versatile. We do beef, chicken and swordfish when we have company. Covers all the bases. Sounds interesting with the desserts.

Great closeup of the beef. I can see why it is a family favorite!

Thank you, Jill. It’s a great summer dish when the whole family comes over. They have different tastes so I make a few skewers each of beef, chicken, swordfish and veggies.

Like Superman you saved the D(inner!) Following your lead, chunks of pork tenderloin marinating since this morning in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, Cumin and Coriander. Mushrooms, Bell Pepper and Onion on the skewers. Naan along side with Mystery Veg (can't recall what I have in the fridge).

Sounds delicious. Next time I’m coming to your house. You are definitely the master of innovation. 👍👍

As with new products, new recipes can be risky. Haven't had a "trash before eating" in quite a long time, but it has happened. I never serve an untried recipe to guests! If you are going to be out this way just let me know. I have had other internet photography friends in for dinner. Everyone survived!

Looks delicious, very nice presentation. I'm hungry just looking at the dish. Good thing I can't smell it.
