Thank you
Mike, Bill, Michael, Jeff, merrytexan, Earnest, HillbillyHiker! Most of these images are the start or end of a roll for other purposes. When you're going to take (and potentially waste) one film frame, it's surprising how many shots are not taken as Gabby looks away from the brief moment I almost had her in perfect focus.
Gaby is a great looking cat.

A house cat’s genome is 95.6% tiger, and they share many behaviors with their jungle ancestors. These behaviors include scent marking by scratching, prey play, prey stalking, pouncing, chinning, and urine marking.
Gabby in B&W When your cat drapes its tail over another cat, or you, or even your dog, it's a symbol of friendship.

Purrfectly good cat photos Paul
Paul absolutely beautiful!
Paul - great photographs of a cat that clearly loves you as much as you are attached to her. Wonderful facts as well.
But let's be honest - you post these Gabbygraphs to make all us cat lovers jealous. How many P.M.s have you received asking you for her. Pawhaps - she could be a business model. Ya know AirC&C feline rentals. Hmmmm...
All kidding aside she looks like the real deal sweetie. And we haven't heard her talk yet... (unless I missed that post).
Thank you for letting those who want, be a part of your family thru the Gabmeister.

Beautiful Cat. She looks like my Fee Fee......great kitty.
Gabby is a lovely cat, and I especially see her sweetness in #4. My own cat Oliver not only grooms like a fiend, he does it to the point of pulling his hair out and making bald spots in his otherwise beautiful coat, little freak. He's on the kitty version of Prozac.
Thank you Moondoggie, Joe, John, Ernesto, waltnetto, Blair, SWFeral! Gabby has mostly settled in. She was never really afraid of the camera, but now it doesn't make her nervous at all. Initially, she was afraid of the 'other' cat on the computer monitor, but not anymore. She's hopped up onto the desk just a few times, but hasn't decided she wants to take ownership of this area.

Great cat portraits!
I love cats from small domestic to great wild ones. I would absolutely enjoy having a kitty in the house, but I don't like scratched furniture and shredded curtains. So, since declawing a cat is abhorrent to me I can only admire them from afar, or on pictures like yours. . . .
Great photos of a beautiful cat. Also, thanks for the behavior information. BTW, the little spot on the nose of this cat is wonderful.
Good to see someone using film, and very nice work.
Thank you Klaus, PhotoPhred, Vince, topcat Glad you enjoyed.
