Friday night Sea Food Dinner

Yesterday was the 29th anniversary of my mother’s passing. She loved seafood particularly soft shell crabs, however living through the depression she refused to pay $1.99 per crab in the 60’s and 70’s so I often bought them and we enjoyed eating them. So last night we remembered her by enjoying a sea food dinner.
Blue claws cooked in garlic, oil, parley and spices
Soft shell crabs flour and corn meal mix twice fried in garlic butter and red pepper flakes
Linguini with crab sauce
Salad
Pinot Grigio
