We weren't sure the peas would grow where we planted them because of the shade in the late afternoon. Now they're nine feet tall, so I guess it was okay after all.

I gave that up to live in the desert. Overall it was worth the trade off.

I wanted the picture of my long-suffering wife for a sense of scale. She's five feet tall and the peas tower over her. I'm glad you liked the pictures.
