I got this info from the comics section of the newspaper, so ...
Cats have more bones than humans.
All cats are born with blue eyes.
Most calico cats are female.
One other fact, nearly all orange cats are males.

A German Shepherd, a Doberman Pincer and a cat all died at the same time and crossed the Rainbow Bridge together. St. Peter met them and stated to enter animal heaven they must explain why they should be allowed to enter.
The Shepherd explained he had been a faithful friend and companion to the family that owned him. He had been kind protective, loving and gentle with the entire family. God appeared and said to the Shepherd, "You may enter, please and sit with me at my right hand." The Doberman then explained he also had been gentle with his family, but with anyone not authorized to enter the home He had been very suspicious and protective. On several occasions he had used force, but only when necessary. He loved, and was loved by, his family. To that, God said, "You too may enter, come and sit at my left hand.
God then turned to the cat and asked for the reason he should enter heaven. The cat replied, "I think you are in my seat."

Interesting. Most orange tabbies are male.
I was told that too. I'm the lucky owner (caretaker) of a female orange tabby. When we took her in to have her neutered, vet was very surprised that she was a yellow female.

I've had lots of cats and never heard that, my old cat on my avatar is still alive at 14, she was my first photo taken on a digital camera.
