I change the ingredients every week to keep it interesting. This one has broccolini, peppers, sweet chili sauce, grated cheese and bacon bits mixed with a dozen eggs.

Thank you. Our family is divided on toppings so I always put salsa, hot sauce and ketchup on the table along with a crock pot full of my homemade baked beans.

Thank you for your kind comment. The Sunday omelet goes back to when our children were young. My wife cooked all week so I would cook breakfast for our three kids every Sunday morning so my wife could sleep late. An omelet was the one thing they all liked. Our children are grown and married now but my Sunday omelet tradition still lives on.

Thank you for stopping by, MT. It’s always nice to see you. As you know, I’m unable to walk around with my camera anymore so I’ve had nothing new to post. Photography and cooking are both lifetime hobbies so when this new foodie section opened, I found the answer to my problem. This is my third post here and I plan to post something new every Monday.
