Nothing wrong with the SX40. I turned mine in because of the button placement near the thumb rest. But my photos were very nice. Got the Sony 200V instead.

Yea, you answered my question of why my zoom was going in and out. I didn't realize I was hitting the button near the thumb rest. I see the new SX50 has a different button near the thumb rest and 1240 zoom.

I'll put a couple up today. Put the P510 in the closet and now using the 200V for chits and giggles. Have to get used to them both for my big trip in February.
