Ingredients include those in the title, leeks, cubed celeriac, fresh minced tomatoes, and shaved pecorino.
Looks excellent! Have the pasta machine, but generally use a good imported brand. Sloth!

I had one years ago, an Atlas 150, which somehow got lost in a move. Or got legs.
Anyway, my wife loves pasta, and I found a cheap local source for semolina flour - I started looking for a replacement. I found almost the exact machine I had on eBay from a clay artist for $20, compared to the $90 they charge at Crate and Barrel. It took me about an hour to disassemble it, clean it and found that it needed a couple of parts. Found the importer, ordered the parts, they sent them to me for free, and I ended up with a refurbished, new looking machine.
She much prefers the homemade stuff to the dried pasta, but in a pinch, she'll eat any combination of flour and egg (or water) that is rolled thin, cut, and boiled in salted water and served with a sauce.
I think a lot of hedgehoggers are eating better these days to get great food to post. Lovely meal!
Wonderful combination, Gene. Looks delicious.
