This is a view from Turkey Spur Rock on the Grandville Rim Trail at our new National Park, the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, West Virginia. There were several beautiful overlooks.

Now that photo is just magnificent in download. Wow and Wow. I always liked the New River and its rapids when we lived in Virginia or passing through. I never saw a view of the river quite like this though. Probably needs to hang on your wall.

I was in WV for five days, it rained four of those days. The day before I visited the Park, it stormed. I got up early on my day at the Park, first clear day all week, because I knew there would be some interesting sky. I was lucky.
